We have a range of pricing options. These are just a guide as we will ensure we tailor a package bespoke to your needs and business aspirations.
Monthly support retainers
Commit to regular support with our affordable retainer packages. They offer a great opportunity to really get to know your support specialist and to offload a good amount of tasks, freeing up your time to focus on the parts of your business that you enjoy most and areas you wish to see grow.
How the hours are divided and used, either weekly or across the month, will be agreed in advance. Unused time is non-transferrable, but we work closely with you to ensure you are making the most of our support and experience. The hours will be invoiced at the beginning of each month.
Monthly retainers start from £350 per month.
Holiday cover
When you run your own small business, it isn’t easy to take a holiday and drop everything. However, Light Touch can be the answer to stress-free time off. Leave everything safely in our hands, knowing that the priorities for your business, as well as any customer care will be taken care of, with this premium support service.
We have a range of different packages available, of up to 20hrs per week, for operational business support. Our services are individually tailored to your needs based on how long you will be away and the scope of work expected whilst you are on leave.
Holiday cover prices start from £475 per week
Specialist project services
Do you have a big project, an extensive travel request or a large event to organise. Perhaps you wish to take your business in a different direction? Or is it time to implement some new processes or systems.

From research to implementation – our dedicated team will put together a bespoke package of services, using the broad skill set of our support specialists and operations managers, to help you reach your desired outcomes, whatever the project is that you have in mind.
Ad-hoc support specialist
For additional work (outside of retained hours), ad-hoc, last minute or exceptional requests, we offer an hourly rate, so that you can request extra support when you need it most. A minimum of 1hr will be charged and at-least one-weeks’ notice is required. Work will be invoiced once completed.
Ad-hoc support starts from £37 per hour.

Prices FAQs
Am I tied into a contract?
All clients will be asked to sign a Client Agreement, detailing services and number of hours agreed. In addition, we ask for a 3 month minimum commitment for our Retainer Packages, with a 30 days’ notice period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer. If you require an alternative method, please get in touch to discuss options.
How will I know how my support specialist's time is spent?
Before we begin, we’ll agree on the tasks and priorities to ensure everything aligns with your needs. You’ll receive regular updates on progress, and we’ll check in to make sure you’re happy with how things are running. If anything needs adjusting, we can discuss and refine the approach as we go.
What if I am not using my hours or need more?
We regularly review your agreed hours to ensure they match your workload. If we find you’re not using them, we’ll discuss whether an adjustment is needed. Likewise, if you require more support, we can explore increasing your hours or creating a flexible solution to meet demand. Our aim is to provide the right level of support without wasted time or unnecessary pressure.
What happens if I am not happy with the service?
We take pride in delivering high-quality support, but if something isn’t working for you, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve any concerns, adjust our approach, or, if necessary, find a better solution to meet your needs.
